8/8 ~ Lions Gate is a potent portal to the heart. Forgiveness, gratitude and permission to feel all the feels, will magnify the alignment of your heart with all that you seek, summoning all your blessings.

For me personally, I’ve been feeling it. With my son heading off to college this week and my body going through seasonal changes, I am crossing a threshold where there is no way but through. It’s a beautiful heart felt song. The opportunity arises to not fight the changing currents and to let them carve a deeper impression of love and sensitivity into my landscape. That’s my manifestation and learning as I stand at this solar gateway. Turns out, it’s not so much about the stuff but the heart.

It also provides an opportunity for us to TRUST in ourselves more. In class this week, we’ve been honing in on the archetype and level of perception of the Serpent where we are in tuned with our physical and instinctual nature that guides our intuition. The serpent also represents our underworld and hidden self, where we must journey to unlodge repressed beliefs that cloud our vision and keeps us frozen in the past. When a snake is ready to shed it’s skins, a cloud forms over their eyes because that old layer is preparing to be sloughed off. You can say that the same happens with us in that old layers of belief systems also cloud our perception and keeps us from seeing clearly. We can only see through the film of that old belief, effecting all of our life choices. Like a serpent, we must be willing to shed those old skins and free ourselves from that which constricts us. Here lies the the transformation and rebirth that the serpent symbolizes. It also frees us to TRUST in our intuitive nature instead of falling into the fear, to listen to our bodies and to feel into where that higher intelligence is guiding us.

How well do you TRUST in yourself or are you always looking to an outside source for answers?

How open are you in believing that the whispers of your interior guidance will give you the answers that you seek?

Are you anchored in your body enough to even hear the voice of your higher intelligence?

In our upcoming 90 day course ~ The SHAMAN, these questions are foundational. As we explore the world of mystery & magick, TRUST in oneself is not only cultivated but vital to progress. In the course, we integrate ourselves into the 4 levels of perceptions including the Serpent. Stay tuned for the other 3 levels.

The initiations received, through a legitimate lineage of the Andean tradition will begin to dissolve the veils of forgetfulness, confusion & misinformation that keep you from perceiving yourself clearly. You are still required to do your work, but we will provide a framework to support your growth. We descend into our interior self of the Serpent, to ascend with the wisdom to make a difference.
