Whole & Worthy Retreat

Why is it that we have the most complex relationships with money, food and our bodies? Whether your complications are with just one or all three of them, the root cause is similar. The way we nourish ourselves whether it’s financially, physically, or mentally speaks to a few things:
  • How worthy and whole we feel.
  • Our sense of safety, security & belonging.
  • Our ability to feel grounded in this world.
  • How connected we feel with ourselves, our bodies & our basic needs.
  • How well we trust in being supported & in supporting ourselves.
During this two-day journey, we won’t solve all your problems, but we will help rewrite your story by clearing some of those old narratives of scarcity, insecurity and self sabotage.This immersive experience will guide you through understanding the roots of your beliefs, clearing energetic and emotional blocks, and stepping into a new sense of wholeness and worthiness.

What to Expect:

🌀 Connecting to Your Foundations

  • Understanding the Lower Body Centers: Explore the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus and their roles in safety, nourishment, and personal power.
  • Yoga & Movement: Somatic & grounding exercises to embody a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Psychology of Safety and Nourishment: Discover how childhood patterns and societal messages shape your relationship with money, food, and your body.

🌀 Releasing and Rebuilding

  • Identifying Your Blocks: Unearth and name the fears that keep you from feeling whole and worthy.
  • Energy Clearings: Cindy will take you through a couple of energy clearings to unbind you from the old narratives and belief systems of scarcity, insecurity and self sabotage.
  • Release Ritual: A transformative ritual to burn and release those old patterns and narratives, creating space for new beliefs and possibilities.

This workshop will be lead by Cindy Olah and is for anyone ready to step into a healthier, more empowered relationship with themselves and their world. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply connected to your inner worth.
